1. Provide an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure exceptional service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise clients effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in person or via virtual meetings.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive working environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

1. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
