1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, providing proactive service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client services.
10. Handle products with care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and stock organization.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
15. Foster teamwork and communication, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
