1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying the philosophy and values of Prada Group to clients.
3. Achieve store sales targets and contribute to the success of the entire store.
4. Exceed KPI goals by maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history and culture of Prada and Miu Miu.
6. Capture client data into the company CRM system.
7. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
12. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Passion for luxury retail and client relationship building
2. Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for fashion
3. Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous
4. Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
5. Outstanding communication skills
6. Fluency in spoken English

Experience in premium or luxury retail is considered a plus.
