Prada Men's Collection Development Coordinator

1. Support the monitoring of the Collection Plan, ensuring alignment among various teams involved.
2. Collaborate in managing the development timelines for Collection/Runway/Post-Runway/Pop-Up, verifying progress and achievement of objectives.
3. Organize and coordinate periodic meetings, preparing agendas, support materials, and operational follow-ups.
4. Assist the Style Office in preparing project materials and documentation.
5. Contribute to the operational planning of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliveries are met.
6. Facilitate communication between the Style Office and Product Development offices, ensuring proper information flow.

1. Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury environments.

1. Knowledge of all Men's RTW Product Categories, including Design/Materials/Accessories/Manufacturing.
2. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
3. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach.
5. Proficiency in main Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

1-3 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury environments.

Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
