Prada Men's Collection Development Coordinator

- Support the monitoring of the Collection Plan, ensuring alignment among various teams involved.
- Collaborate in managing the development timelines for Collection/Runway/Post-Runway/Pop-Up, verifying progress and achievement of objectives.
- Organize and coordinate periodic meetings, preparing agendas, support materials, and operational follow-ups.
- Assist the Style Office in preparing project materials and documentation.
- Contribute to the operational planning of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliveries are met.
- Facilitate communication between the Style Office and Product Development offices, ensuring proper information flow.
- Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
- 1-3 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury environments.
- Knowledge of all Men's RTW Product Categories, including Design/Materials/Accessories/Manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in main Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Italian and English.
1-3 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury environments.
Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
