1. Ensure accuracy and quality of customer data in CRM systems.
2. Analyze Client Advisor performance and provide insights to Store Management and CRM Manager.
3. Support the launch and optimization of CRM tools and functionalities in-store.
4. Generate and interpret CRM and performance reports.
5. Manage customer lists and support targeted local marketing actions.
6. Assist Store Manager with in-store CRM action plans aligned with business needs.
7. Deliver CRM training and ongoing support to store team.

1. Several years of experience in CRM, retail, or customer experience.

1. Customer-centric approach and in-store service orientation.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Focus on strong client development.
4. Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
