- Ensure accuracy and quality of customer data in CRM systems.
- Analyze Client Advisor performance and provide insights to Store Management and CRM Manager.
- Support the launch and optimization of CRM tools and functionalities in-store.
- Generate and interpret CRM and performance reports.
- Manage customer lists and support targeted local marketing actions.
- Assist Store Manager with in-store CRM action plans aligned with business needs.
- Deliver CRM training and ongoing support to store team.
- Several years of experience in CRM, retail, or customer experience.
- Customer-centric approach and in-store service orientation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Focus on strong client development.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
