Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Execute the installation of shop windows and in-store displays, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines and maintaining the brand's high-quality standards.
- Ensure daily maintenance of displays and participate in fit-outs of other local stores as required.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement displays that enhance customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits for the market, customers, and season.
- Conduct store visits and floor moves, including locations in Topanga and Costa Mesa.
- Provide display guidance to Store and Department Managers.
- Report feedback on display outcomes to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
- Coordinate with Events and Promotional Activities for in-store events and with the Communication and PR Department for store press presentations.
- Collaborate with Client Service Development for private client appointment displays.
- Oversee prop and mannequin organization in partnership with in-store operations.
- Train new hires and team members on Visual Merchandising standards.
- International and/or regional experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Self-motivated with a flexible schedule.
- Positive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, is required.
