Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

1. Execute the installation of shop windows and in-store displays, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines and maintaining the brand's high-quality standards.
2. Ensure daily maintenance of displays and participate in fit-outs of other local stores as required.
3. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement displays that enhance customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits for the market, customers, and season.
4. Conduct store visits and floor moves, including locations in Topanga and Costa Mesa.
5. Provide display guidance to Store and Department Managers.
6. Report feedback on display outcomes to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
7. Coordinate with Events and Promotional Activities for in-store events and with the Communication and PR Department for store press presentations.
8. Collaborate with Client Service Development for private client appointment displays.
9. Oversee prop and mannequin organization in partnership with in-store operations.
10. Train new hires and team members on Visual Merchandising standards.

1. International and/or regional experience is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
