Prada In-Store Trainer

1. Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to identify training needs and develop action plans.
2. Implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
3. Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching across all store levels.
4. Support team development and drive performance of individual Client Advisors.
5. Ensure effective implementation of the Client Journey, impacting conversion, clienteling, and product mindset.
6. Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions to organize training activities.
7. Conduct team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans.
8. Monitor the quality and retention of training content and drive in-store training initiatives.
9. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills and client experience.
10. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires in collaboration with HR.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
2. Fluency in English is advantageous.
3. Coaching certification is a plus.

4. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar training or learning role within the luxury retail sector is required.
