Prada In-Store Clienteling Manager

1. Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of customer data and key performance indicators to assess store CRM performance.
2. Assist the Store Manager in crafting CRM action plans aligned with business needs and event schedules.
3. Evaluate Client Advisor performance on Clienteling and Retail KPIs, providing individual development plans to the Store Manager.
4. Design and implement strategies focusing on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty.
5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance in-store product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM and Clienteling perspective.
6. Ensure store staff are proficient in using all Clienteling tools.
7. Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients, aiming to expand this client segment's size and potential.
8. Work with the Local Retail team to enhance store performance.
9. Maintain market and consumer trend knowledge to enhance the store staff's fashion sense.
10. Foster the growth of the store’s customer community through participation in external events.
