1. Provide implementation and ongoing support for regional warehouse IT projects, working within the IT Industrial team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (logistics, supply chain, operations and business area managers) to analyze requirements, redesign workflows and optimize processes.
3. Design, document and maintain functional specifications, user manuals and training materials; deliver user training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
4. Perform system maintenance and conduct routine and extraordinary tests on new implementations in coordination with the IT team.
5. Manage project timelines, coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners, and ensure solutions meet business and budgetary constraints.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT roles supporting warehouse or logistics systems.
2. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field is required.
3. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM, including knowledge of integration points with surrounding systems.
4. Proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical designs and SAP-based solutions.
5. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; experience delivering user training and documentation.
6. Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, prioritisation and adherence to timelines and budgets.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT roles supporting warehouse or logistics projects, including implementation and support of SAP EWM/S4HANA solutions and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
