Prada Group — Milan: E‑commerce Operations Intern to support online operations, data analysis and cross‑functional logistics for the Employee Online Store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse core e‑commerce operational KPIs (lead time, pending orders, cancellation and return rates, stock availability) and surface actionable insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational deviations such as spikes in cancellations, delays or returns and recommend corrective actions.
- Track and analyse daily operational performance using Excel, maintaining up‑to‑date datasets and trackers.
- Perform data validation and quality checks on product, stock and order information to ensure operational accuracy.
- Support preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Retail Operations, IT, E‑Merchandising and Client Service to ensure end‑to‑end operational continuity.
- Support implementation and follow‑up of operational initiatives (new fulfillment flows, promotional events, packaging changes).
- Participate in testing, validation and monitoring of new cross‑functional projects and process changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in Business, Management Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience or interest in working with data and KPIs; prior exposure to digital or e‑commerce operations is a plus.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis).
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Pragmatic, problem‑solving attitude with a hands‑on approach.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; internships or coursework in e‑commerce, digital operations, logistics or data analysis are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in Business, Management Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
