1. Support in updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Collaborate with the HR Service Center on organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities.
3. Monitor data accuracy and assist in improving data quality across HR tools.
4. Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams.
5. Help track and coordinate system requests or changes with IT and HR functions.
6. Contribute to projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
3. Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluency in both Italian and English.
