1. Lead design and operation of Identity Governance using Microsoft Entra ID Governance: implement Lifecycle Workflows, entitlement management (access packages), and schedule periodic Access Review campaigns.
2. Define and manage onboarding/offboarding and secure collaboration models for external identities (B2B/B2C), including partner, vendor and consultant access and dedicated Conditional Access policies.
3. Govern machine and non-human identities (service principals, workload identities, bots, AI agents): author access policies, entitlement models and monitoring to prevent over-privileged access.
4. Operate Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to enforce just-in-time privileged access for administrators and critical agents.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and privacy requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR) and supply technical evidence for audits across all identity types.
6. Automate IGA processes and integrations using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell to reduce manual interventions and increase reliability.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a closely related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in Identity and Access Management / Identity Governance and Administration (IAM/IGA), with exposure to managerial or lead responsibilities.
3. Deep, proven expertise with Microsoft Entra ID Governance modules, Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
4. Demonstrated experience implementing and operating B2B/B2C federation and external collaboration scenarios.
5. Practical experience managing service principals, workload identities and automation-related permissions for AI/automation agents.
6. Relevant certifications strongly preferred: Microsoft SC-300 or SC-100; AZ-500 considered an advantage.
7. Ability to define least-privilege roles and access policies and to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and business stakeholders.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in IAM/IGA roles, including hands-on implementation and operational ownership of Microsoft identity platforms, B2B/B2C external identity scenarios, privileged access controls, and governance of non-human identities; experience leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with audit and compliance stakeholders.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related discipline.
