1. Assist the HR team with daily business and administrative tasks, including creating reference letters and overseeing the Health and Safety process.
2. Support Talent Acquisition, candidate journey, and Employer Branding projects.
3. Assist with payroll topics, such as onboarding and monthly benefits.
4. Participate in the design and implementation of HR processes and projects.

1. Enrolled in a university, at least in the third semester of studies.
2. Studies in economics, psychology, or a related field.

5. Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in economics, psychology, or a related field.
