Prada Group Facility Specialist

- Organize and manage cleaning and maintenance activities for stores in Central Europe, adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure premises and facilities meet maintenance protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee outsourced suppliers and specialists, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, deadlines, and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Head Office stakeholders.
- Assist staff in stores and group premises, managing building and system emergencies.
- Manage facilities budgets and expenditures.
- Draft and manage tenders for cleaning and maintenance services, supporting supplier selection in line with purchasing procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and provide detailed reports.
- Schedule and supervise soft restyling projects and technical improvements.
- 3+ years of experience as a Facility Specialist in a fast-paced environment, preferably within retail.
- Proficient technical skills in maintaining mechanical or electrical/electronic equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with effective supplier management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a reliable, independent, and systematic approach.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German or Italian as an advantage.
A minimum of three years in a facility management role, ideally within the retail sector, demonstrating expertise in technical maintenance and supplier management.
