4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product thefts.

1. Fluent in German and English.
