1. Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Surpass KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
14. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.

1. Passion for human relations and sales

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Fluency in spoken Mandarin

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
