- Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Surpass KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Fluency in spoken Mandarin
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
