- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the store's overall success.
- Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada's products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and customer service.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
