- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as a proactive player in ensuring exceptional service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to enhance personalized client relationships and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to customers.
- Resolve client complaints efficiently, liaising with line managers and the Client Service team when necessary.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive working environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Experience in luxury sales and client relationship management is required.
