- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand values.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and open communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity in luxury fashion, art, and design
