- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs with excellence.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Embrace and promote an omni-channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers in meaningful discussions and provide expert advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to manage daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Effective team player with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- Dynamic and proactive approach to sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for customer engagement.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics sectors.
