- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages are advantageous
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
