1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. In-depth passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages are advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
