- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the store's success.
- Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to enhance client relationships and identify future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to clients.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to deliver a complete luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House on daily operations and maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.
- Fluency in English and Danish.
Previous experience in a comparable position within the luxury retail sector is required.
