Prada Brand Store Manager

- Lead the store to exceed financial targets and KPIs through analysis-driven action plans and daily presence on the sales floor.
- Deliver an exceptional Client experience by exemplifying and ensuring execution of the Brand Selling Ceremony and fostering a client-centric culture.
- Develop and execute clienteling, private appointment and event strategies to increase loyalty, spend and new-client acquisition, including support for e‑commerce order fulfilment.
- Coach, mentor and develop the retail team via individual action plans, succession planning and targeted training; recruit and retain top talent.
- Drive omnichannel adoption and the use of company IT and digital tools to deepen client relationships and optimise commercial opportunities.
- Manage store operations, including merchandising and visual standards, inventory control, cash procedures, budgeting and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Head Office functions (VM, Merchandising, Retail Ops) to provide product and local-market feedback and to organise local events.
- Proven leadership and team‑management capability with a track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action plans.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship‑building skills; ability to manage VIP relationships and upscale service rituals.
- Demonstrable experience in organising and executing client events and in-store activations.
- Fluency in local market language(s) and strong communication skills; high level of proficiency with digital retail tools.

A credible candidate will possess progressive retail experience within the luxury sector, typically 5+ years in retail with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or department leadership role, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales and team development objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or a related discipline preferred.
