Piaget Merchandising and Supply Manager

1. Define and execute merchandising strategy and seasonal assortment plans aligned with brand positioning and sales objectives.
2. Prepare demand forecasts, set inventory targets and translate commercial plans into purchase orders and replenishment schedules.
3. Manage stock allocation and transfers across the boutique network to optimise availability and sell-through.
4. Coordinate with design, production and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with brand quality standards.
5. Monitor merchandising KPIs (sell-through, stock-to-sales, aging) and implement corrective actions to maximise turnover and margin.
6. Collaborate with retail, visual merchandising and marketing teams to support product launches, in-store presentation and promotional activity.
7. Lead cross-functional projects to improve assortment assortment rationalisation, inventory processes and supply chain responsiveness.
8. Ensure accurate master data, pricing and product lifecycle information across retail systems.

1. Proven commercial acumen with strong analytical capability; comfortable working with sales and inventory metrics.
2. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
3. Ability to translate creative direction into commercial assortments while protecting brand equity.
4. High level of organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple product launches and seasonal cycles.
5. Fluency in business-level communication; polished presentation and reporting skills.

Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in merchandising, merchandise planning or supply planning within luxury retail or a premium fashion/jewellery/watch brand, with demonstrable experience managing assortment planning and inventory for a multi-boutique network.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Fashion Management or equivalent professional experience.
