Givenchy Product Manager - Color Makeup

- Contribute to the development of the marketing plan with strategic and innovative recommendations for franchise growth.
- Identify development opportunities by analyzing product line performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of products, including formula, packaging, pricing, and profitability, while liaising with various departments such as laboratory, technical development, purchasing, and financial control.
- Ensure the development and coherence of 360-degree elements supporting product launches, including communication, point of sale materials, training, digital presence, and consumer experience.
- Proactively manage and monitor the allocated budget for the department.
- Advanced degree (Master's level, such as from a business school or equivalent university).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international luxury product marketing development, ideally within the beauty sector.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a pragmatic strategic vision.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and affinity for fashion and the arts.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a collaborative team spirit.
A minimum of 3 years in international luxury product marketing development, preferably in the beauty industry.
Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
