Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail or commercial portfolio by building a highly engaged and empowered group of leaders.
  • Develop commercial leaders as entrepreneurs and strengthen client culture across the network.
  • Ensure strong commercial foundations and performance while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Select, develop, and inspire high-caliber store and city managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Multi-store experience with a record of achieved sales goals.
  • Proven track record as a sales leader with the ability to build and motivate sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategy-building skills.

Advanced coaching and talent development capability. Strong understanding of luxury or premium retail dynamics. Ability to assess and grow entrepreneurial potential in others. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and multi-store economics. High levels of personal accountability and integrity.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in luxury retail management with P&L responsibility, including multi-store experience and a proven sales leadership track record.

Education
