Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the retail or commercial portfolio by building a highly engaged and empowered group of leaders.
- Develop commercial leaders as entrepreneurs and strengthen client culture across the network.

- Select, develop, and inspire high-caliber store and city managers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L responsibility.
- Multi-store experience with a record of achieved sales goals.
- Proven track record as a sales leader with the ability to build and motivate sales teams.
- Strong analytical and strategy-building skills.
