Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar and schedule all meetings for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient workflow and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and budget tracking.
- Assist with travel and expense tracking for the Managing Director's direct reports.
- Develop and maintain a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferred rates and reservations.
- Prepare agendas and materials for weekly leadership meetings.
- Support executives during visits with detailed itineraries and assistance as needed.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and business updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for office management, including IT support and supply orders.
- Organize corporate events, including venue sourcing, agenda creation, and budget management.
- Collaborate with real estate and finance teams to prepare presentations for market evolution projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of corporate work experience demonstrating efficiency and resourcefulness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and confidentiality maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with local and global teams.
