Givenchy Brand Event Product Manager

- Develop a three-year strategic innovation plan for key promotional periods: Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Summer.
- Curate promotional gift sets for various campaigns including Mother's Day, Father's Day, Summer, Travel Retail, and other market requests.
- Create innovative and distinctive brand animations aligned with the brand's image, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
- Oversee the development of visuals, photoshoots, and presentations for market distribution and top management review.
- Collaborate with operational marketing and expert functions to develop impactful 360-degree communication elements.
- Manage the development of promotional gift sets and Art of Gifting elements from briefing to market launch, coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Ensure initiatives meet profitability, revenue, quality, portfolio optimization, and time-to-market criteria.
- Analyze market performance and conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform creative strategies and brand animations.
- Work closely with regional managers and market teams.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Co-manage an intern supporting these responsibilities.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in business or equivalent from a university.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to unite and advocate for projects.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
