1. Conduct training and development programs for various target groups in the beauty retail sector, focusing on fragrance both online and offline.
2. Implement training initiatives for Dior Beauty Consultants based on global guidelines.
3. Deliver compelling expertise in fragrance, storytelling, consulting skills, and the Dior brand DNA in the perfume sector.
4. Develop and enhance the sales and consulting skills of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.
5. Organize and conduct masterclasses and learning sessions for diverse audiences.
6. Maintain and develop the My Dior App by translating, adapting, and uploading digital content.
7. Build, motivate, and increase engagement among training target groups.
8. Coach field teams and conduct necessary training at points of sale.
9. Identify and nurture talent within retail teams for specialization and expert programs.
10. Create and update training materials, presentations, and digital learning content.
11. Represent Parfums Christian Dior and its fragrance expertise at internal and external events.
12. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, retail, PR, and social teams to align training events and initiatives with current campaigns and company objectives.

1. Several years of relevant professional experience as a trainer in the luxury goods industry or retail, preferably in beauty/fragrance.
2. Demonstrable passion and in-depth knowledge of perfumes, fragrance creations, raw materials, and haute perfumery.
3. Strong presentation and communication skills with a passion for knowledge transfer.
4. Charismatic and inspirational personality with high self-motivation, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5. High digital affinity and experience with modern learning platforms, digital tools & trends, and enthusiasm for social media.
6. Ability to effectively design and deliver training content both online and offline.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to different target groups and stakeholders under changing requirements.
8. Organizational skills, prioritization competence, and structured working methods.
9. Strong customer and service orientation with a pronounced understanding of hospitality in the luxury environment.
10. Willingness to travel regularly within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and enjoy teamwork and networking.
11. Proficient in MS Office.
12. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. French or Italian skills are a plus.
