Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy and monitor product launch projects in the French market, collaborating with cross-functional services such as Trade, CRM, E-retail, and Training.
  • Manage operational aspects (360°) of current semester launches and events.
  • Produce weekly analytical notes on performances and competition in the French perfumery market.
  • Conduct market, competition, and performance analyses of various franchises.
  • Provide creative recommendations for upcoming launches.
  • Develop digital content for e-trade animations in collaboration with a digital agency.
  • Coordinate the briefing, dispatch, and online tracking of digital animations with retailers.
  • Manage and dispatch necessary elements for creating new product sheets, including visual and video packs.
  • Ensure the update and online tracking of existing references in coordination with retailers.
  • Conduct weekly competitive intelligence and e-business reporting for the French market.

Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in marketing, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury sector.
  • Passion for the cosmetics and luxury industries.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
