1. Serve as the primary regional liaison for headquarters on clienteling curriculum and projects, including translation, localization, and implementation of training materials.
2. Deliver engaging brand stories to clients by integrating product knowledge, heritage, and sensory experiences.
3. Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, skincare, and makeup to enhance client interactions.
4. Lead by example in applying the service framework during client interactions.
5. Manage the full cycle of KOS development, including selection, coaching, and performance tracking.
6. Support the rollout of the BC Expert and BC Specialist scheme and Counter Service Menu.
7. Assist in delivering clienteling modules during onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
8. Plan and coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure consistent service quality and brand knowledge.
9. Organize sales competitions to motivate beauty consultants and enhance client experience.
10. Monitor training effectiveness through store visits and data analysis, proposing improvements as needed.
