Christian Dior Couture seeks a Chief of Staff, Southern Europe in Milan — permanent role supporting the GM on retail performance, regional projects and CX.
Overview
Christian Dior Couture is an iconic French luxury fashion house renowned for haute couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories. Role & Responsibilities
- Act as principal operational partner to the Southern Europe General Manager, building trust with Head Office and boutique teams.
- Coordinate and drive transversal, pan‑regional projects across Retail, Marketing, Operations, Training, VM, Finance and HR.
- Support commercial development initiatives and prepare materials for Business Reviews and executive presentations.
- Monitor and follow up regional NPS and CX programmes to improve client satisfaction and conversion metrics.
- Issue, analyse and present monthly performance reports (try‑on rates, traffic KPIs, recruitment, cross‑selling) and deliver peer benchmarking and competitor analysis with clear recommendations.
- Organise periodic store performance reviews and liaise with Operations and HR to align staffing with customer traffic and conversion objectives.
- Support operational retail activities including boutique openings and pop‑ups, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, propose actionable plans and ensure follow‑through across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in business, management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in retail performance, retail operations or project coordination, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of the MS Office package.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organisational agility and proven stakeholder management.
- Autonomous, initiative‑driven, solution‑oriented and comfortable in a high‑pace environment.

Experience
At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in retail performance, retail operations or project coordination, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent in business, management or a related discipline.
