1. Lead and manage the counter operations, including team motivation and development in line with retail KPIs and sales targets.
2. Provide professional, individualized, and unique customer consultations following Dior guidelines.
3. Develop and expand a strong and exclusive customer base.
4. Enhance the CRM database and oversee clienteling and CRM activities.
5. Ensure an exceptional level of service, setting an example for the team.
6. Conduct regular performance reporting, and monitor competition and trends.
7. Manage stockroom and coordinate assortments with the back-office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification with a retail focus.
2. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
3. Extensive experience in leading a high-performance store team.
4. Strong experience in developing a robust CRM network.
5. In-depth understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market.

1. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is advantageous.
2. Analytical mindset with proficiency in deriving actions from key figures.
3. Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Commercial training in retail or equivalent.
