4. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and potential projects in key cities.
5. Review and adjust business development approaches as necessary.
6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key landlords to establish strong business rapport.
7. Negotiate with landlords to secure profitable deals, close business transactions, and maintain extensive market knowledge.
8. Monitor ongoing projects, addressing conflicts or queries to ensure smooth project execution and successful completion.

1. University graduate or higher

1. Profound experience in retail network development
2. Strong negotiation skills
3. Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal guidance
4. Proactive and able to handle uncertainty
5. Trustworthy and able to maintain principles with flexibility
6. Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations
7. Fluency in both English and Chinese
