Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Omega products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Omega's product offerings and brand heritage.
- Manage inventory and ensure the accurate display of merchandise.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is mandatory.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
