- Deliver high-touch, personalised client service and proactively build a book of clients through follow-up, appointments and clienteling activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling focused on Omega’s collections and heritage.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, window presentation and product placement to uphold brand image and retail KPIs.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, basic cash handling and accurate order processing, including boutique-level reporting and reconciliation.
- Support stock management: receive, inspect and organise inventory, perform regular stock counts and liaise with after-sales for repairs and servicing.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across movements, complications and materials to advise clients and answer technical enquiries.
- Coordinate and support in-boutique events, private appointments and product launches to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and regional management to share market intelligence, sales progress and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven retail sales aptitude with demonstrable success meeting targets; experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Refined presentation and merchandising sense consistent with luxury-brand standards.
- Organisational rigour and attention to detail for stock control, documentation and POS accuracy.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
