- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in merchandising retail and wholesale points of sale across the East Coast, ensuring all PLV materials and decorations meet brand standards.
- Decorate windows, counters, backwalls, vitrines, and light boxes within boutiques and multi-brand environments.
- Serve as the local VM ambassador for the Casa Madison flagship boutique, ensuring the proper use and condition of VM materials.
- Implement animations based on brand guidelines, considering local physical spaces, and organize national roll-out plans and local production of VM materials.
- Enhance brand presence in-store by improving display presence or décor and assisting accounts with correct merchandising set-up based on product assortment and key initiatives.
- Manage inventory, ordering, distribution, and implementation of core materials to accounts, and track and organize multiple warehouses’ inventory.
- Maintain constant communication with retail and wholesale accounts, the NY office team, and HQ, providing regular photo reports and recommendations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and educate account partners on best VM practices.
- Manage the VM budget, including creating NSPO, providing SOWs, contracts, and submitting invoices through NSPO or VIM.
- Coordinate with the VM Manager to plan, source, and roll out all VM-related materials for new or renovated store openings.
- Assist with other projects as needed and provide marketing support for events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in design or marketing field
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical programs such as Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and InDesign
- Experience with SAP
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proactive and self-starting attitude
- Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the luxury goods sector. A background in store planning is advantageous.
Bachelor’s Degree in design or marketing field
Expected salary range: $70,000 - $80,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
