- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Engage in the Panerai Selling Ceremony to manage all steps of the sales process.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups to generate product selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, brand DNA, and history to educate clients.
- Participate actively in brand training sessions and self-learning to understand the luxury industry and competition.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs processes.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's client database and manage client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless experience during and after sales transactions.
- Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry, preferably in a sales role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Curious, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a network.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
A minimum of two years in the luxury retail industry, particularly in a sales capacity, is required.
Expected salary range: $23 - $26 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
