- Support the wholesale and operations teams with SAP ordering and returns.
- Handle sales enquiries, stock adjustments, and administration of returns to warehouse.
- Coordinate e-retailer images and product descriptions.
- Track deliveries and advise customers on delivery status.
- Process incoming items such as post, returns, and samples.
- Liaise with the Finance department for customer credit releases.
- Manage marketing samples.
- Analyze monthly sell-out reports and conduct ad hoc and competitor analyses.
- Assist in the planning and organization of events and exhibitions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong administrative background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
