1. Manage and optimize order processing for in-store and drop-ship operations, ensuring timely fulfillment and handling exceptions efficiently.
2. Oversee operational processes, including RTV management and chargeback resolution, collaborating with finance and distribution centers.
3. Supervise product listing creation and maintenance across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and optimization for search.
4. Drive merchandising and sales growth by managing in-store and online product assortments, aligning with seasonal launches and strategic initiatives.
5. Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance sell-out performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue.
6. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, visual merchandising, and training departments to ensure seamless operations.
7. Analyze partner data to assess product performance and sales, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
8. Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures, adhering to RNA and Group standards.
9. Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational needs with long-term objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury or fashion industry
3. Familiarity with department store processes
4. Proficiency in retail financial metrics and managing OTB (Open to Buy)
5. Expertise in Excel and SAP

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined based on skills and experience.
