1. Oversee daily sales operations of the boutique.
2. Develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and boost profitability.
3. Cultivate a strong sales team to ensure a consistent luxury client experience.
4. Implement and execute sales initiatives.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing efficient service.
6. Optimize product merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
7. Forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
8. Participate in the annual review process.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years in retail sales.
3. Proven ability to lead and direct others.
4. In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market.

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, determined by skills and experience.
