Montblanc Training Manager

- Analyze local retail and wholesale teams' skill set levels and training efforts to assess the impact of training and coaching.
- Evaluate competitors' client experience, service, and product offerings.
- Develop a pragmatic training action plan linked to business objectives, focusing on sales and service.
- Optimize the use of the training budget.
- Align with internal and external partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Adapt training modules to local needs and strategies, including product and brand training, customer service training, and coaching plans.
- Deploy training modules to target audiences, ensuring consistency with Montblanc's standards.
- Monitor training results, ensuring a return on investment and providing feedback and recommendations for further actions.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, Boutique Managers, Regional Trainers, and the Training Team to achieve wholesale and retail business objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with boutique and/or learning and development experience.
- Proven experience in coaching and people development.
- Experience in training other trainers.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on client experience.
- Understanding of clienteling and relationship building.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with number analysis and reporting.
- Experience with retail KPIs and analysis with proven results through training.
- Strategic mindset with strong planning and time management skills.
- Agility, flexibility, and adaptability.
A minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment, particularly with experience in boutique operations and learning and development.
