Montblanc Wholesale Operations Specialist

- Ensure accurate and complete data management in the Booster system by monitoring sell-out, stock entries, and orders, and addressing data inconsistencies with markets.
- Support markets with inquiries related to Booster applications and collaborate with Richemont IT to resolve technical issues and identify optimal solutions.
- Activate and implement new functionalities within the Booster application, including API interfaces, warranty extensions, and CRM, ensuring market adoption.
- Provide training to internal stakeholders on the effective use of the Booster system.
- Track and report on the implementation progress of Booster, updating monthly reports.
- Experience as a young professional in Business Administration, International Management, or International Sales & Marketing.
- Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and precise approach.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to manage business data.
- High affinity for digital tools and ERP systems such as Salesforce, JOOR, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- Project management proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German and a third language is advantageous.
Experience in business administration, international management, or sales and marketing is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Management, or a related field.
