- Develop and implement global Retail Excellence initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance, expanding market share.
- Create and execute commercial action plans to grow the business.

- Collaborate with the CRM team to operate clienteling activities in boutiques.
- Ensure boutiques are operationally equipped to support business strategies.
- Recruit and deploy boutique staff, managing hiring, retention, development, and employee relations in coordination with HR.
- Conduct performance appraisals for boutique staff bi-annually and annually.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in lease negotiations and oversee contract management processes.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
