11. Recruit and deploy boutique staff, managing hiring, retention, development, and employee relations in coordination with HR.
12. Conduct performance appraisals for boutique staff bi-annually and annually.
13. Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
14. Participate in lease negotiations and oversee contract management processes.
15. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
