- Maintain control over merchandise to prevent shrinkage.
- Provide after-sales service by assisting clients with returns and inquiries, enhancing the brand image.
- Handle cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Expand the client database by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain high standards of merchandise display.
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
