1. Develop strong sales turnover in alignment with store strategy.
2. Meet turnover targets set by the Store Manager.
3. Adhere to discount policies and achieve key performance indicators.
4. Welcome and assist clients in accordance with Montblanc's standards.
5. Advise and ensure each sale is handled appropriately.
6. Build long-term client relationships and manage client follow-up.
7. Invite clients to events and manage post-event follow-up.
8. Handle customer service cases according to brand standards.
9. Participate in stock management, including reception, transfer, and inventory.
10. Ensure products are correctly handled, priced, and merchandised.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods.
2. Strong communication skills with clients, team, and stakeholders.

1. Proficiency in digital tools and technologies such as mobile apps, social media, and video conferencing platforms.
2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Strong sales and customer service skills.

A minimum of 2 years in retail, with experience in luxury retail preferred.
