Responsibilities
- Develop strong sales turnover in accordance with store strategy
- Meet turnover targets set by the Store Manager
- Respect discount policy
- Achieve key performance indicators defined by the Store Manager
- Welcome and handle clients according to the Maison’s standards
- Advise, convince, and ensure each sale is handled accordingly
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure prospecting and follow-up with new clients
- Invite clients to activations and events with post follow-up
- Manage customer service cases according to the Maison’s standards
- Participate in stock management, including reception, transfer, and inventory management
- Ensure products are correctly handled, priced, and merchandised
Qualifications
- Strong communicator with clients, team, and cross-functional colleagues
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail handling multiple categories
- Familiar with luxury retail requirements
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Digitally savvy
- Ability to pick up new technologies such as mobile apps, social media, Zoom, and Teams
