- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to contribute to the boutique's success.
- Process product exchanges and maintain inventory control to uphold operational standards.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the boutique to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance by accurately recording sales transactions.
- Utilize the SOVIA tool for inventory execution and reporting.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through the authorized Montblanc application.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client requests and complaints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Professionally handle client communications, including text messages.
- Manage customer repairs, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with clients.
- Assist VIP customers and prospect new clients to meet CRM objectives.
- Prepare and update sales information, sending daily reports to managers.
- Report on visual merchandising guidelines and support operational processes for positive audit results.
- Participate in training to become an expert in product knowledge and engage customers effectively.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and inventory management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the fashion or accessories sector.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or a related field is advantageous.
