Montblanc Retail Operations Manager

- Develop, implement, and maintain boutique operating policies and procedure manuals in collaboration with Loss Prevention and Finance departments.
- Manage and participate in store openings, closings, and relocation schedules, devising strategic plans of action.
- Communicate company directives, policies, and procedures related to in-store boutique operations.
- Support, coordinate, and participate in the bi-annual physical inventory process.
- Develop and manage client service excellence programs for boutiques.
- Network and develop operational best practices within the retail network and corporate personnel.
- Actively participate in boutique visits and physical inventories.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly boutique KPI productivity and newsletter reporting, ensuring the implementation of necessary adjustments across the retail network.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, social studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury sales.
- Ability to manage and develop high-profile teams.
- Fluency in financial management and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and similar tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- High organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Structured and methodical mindset with strong presentation skills.
- Leadership qualities and attention to luxury and detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to interact with various departments within the company.
Candidates should possess previous experience in a similar role within the luxury sector, with a strong background in luxury sales and team supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, social studies, or a related field.
