1. Develop, implement, and maintain boutique operating policies and procedure manuals in collaboration with Loss Prevention and Finance departments.
2. Manage and participate in store openings, closings, and relocation schedules, devising strategic plans of action.
3. Communicate company directives, policies, and procedures related to in-store boutique operations.
4. Support, coordinate, and participate in the bi-annual physical inventory process.
5. Develop and manage client service excellence programs for boutiques.
6. Network and develop operational best practices within the retail network and corporate personnel.
7. Actively participate in boutique visits and physical inventories.
8. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly boutique KPI productivity and newsletter reporting, ensuring the implementation of necessary adjustments across the retail network.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, social studies, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
3. Proven supervisory experience in luxury sales.
4. Ability to manage and develop high-profile teams.

1. Fluency in financial management and analysis.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and similar tools.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
4. High organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
5. Structured and methodical mindset with strong presentation skills.
6. Leadership qualities and attention to luxury and detail.
7. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
8. Capacity to interact with various departments within the company.

Candidates should possess previous experience in a similar role within the luxury sector, with a strong background in luxury sales and team supervision.
