1. Optimize operations of all retail locations to maximize performance and provide back-office support to boutiques.
2. Apply international retail guidelines and ensure their implementation in boutiques.
3. Organize and support meetings, including preparation, presentations, booking, and follow-up.
4. Extract, distribute, update, and file local reports as per business needs, such as stock and sales, high-value lists, and special product requests.
5. Analyze sales performance of boutiques, focusing on new launches and product categories.
6. Support the Retail Director in the budget process and preparation of presentations.
7. Administer and track retail and boutique invoicing, coordinating with suppliers.
8. Coordinate approval flow within the retail department and manage information shared by boutiques.
9. Organize retail meetings and manage supply orders, including stationery, scent, and uniforms.
10. Propose and track incentive results for retail teams.
11. Coordinate with Richemont on application and renewal of permits for internal boutiques.
12. Execute central reports related to areas of responsibility, including invoicing and petty cash.
13. Participate in ad hoc project work within the retail department.

1. University graduate

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Competence in reporting tools (PowerBI, etc.) and dashboard tools
3. Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English
4. Focused, target-oriented, and organized
5. Analytical skills and proactive approach
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Operational skills and hands-on mentality
