Retail Intern

Montblanc is a renowned luxury brand known for its fine writing instruments, watches, jewelry, leather goods, fragrances, and eyewear. The company operates a network of boutiques worldwide, including six internal boutiques in Saudi Arabia, and is part of the Richemont group.

1. Optimize operations of all retail locations to maximize performance and provide back office support to boutiques.
2. Apply international retail guidelines and ensure their implementation in boutiques.
3. Organize and support meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
4. Extract, distribute, update, and file local reports as per business needs.
5. Analyze sales performance of boutiques.
6. Support Retail Director in budget processes and presentation preparation.
7. Administer and track retail/boutique invoicing and follow up with suppliers.
8. Coordinate approval flow within the retail department.
9. Receive, check, and file information shared by boutiques.
10. Organize retail meetings and manage supply orders.
11. Propose and track incentive results for retail teams.
12. Coordinate with Richemont on application and renewal of permits for internal boutiques.
13. Execute central reports related to area of responsibility.
14. Handle invoicing and petty cash.
15. Participate in ad hoc project work within the retail department.

1. University graduate

1. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Proficiency in reporting tools (PowerBI, etc.) and dashboard tools
3. Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English
4. Focused, target-oriented, and organized
5. Analytical skills and proactive approach
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Operational skills and hands-on mentality

No particular experience in retail needed.

University graduate
