- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retail performance and client engagement with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the CRM department to instill a client-focused mindset in store teams, supporting Store Managers in Clienteling activities.
- Recruit and allocate boutique staff in collaboration with the Commercial Director and manage HR issues for boutique staff.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct performance appraisals for boutique staff annually or bi-annually.
- Collaborate with the retail operation team to ensure operational resources are equipped in boutiques to drive and support business in line with strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations with clients and retailers and oversee contract management processes.
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
